🛒 Orders & Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within Singapore only.

Locations We’re Unable to Deliver To

At Summer Larder, we do our best to deliver to as many locations across Singapore as possible. However, due to access restrictions and operational limitations imposed by certain institutions and organisations, we regret that we are unable to make deliveries to the following locations:

  • Changi Cargo Complex

  • Army camps and military facilities

  • Offshore islands (e.g. Pulau Ubin)

  • Singapore Prison Quarters

  • Airbase sites

  • SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1

  • Shipyards

  • Power grid facilities

  • Lim Chu Kang areas

If your address falls within one of these locations, our team will reach out to discuss alternative arrangements, such as self-collection from our warehouse.

How much does delivery cost?

  • Flat delivery fee: $8.00

  • Free delivery: For orders above $80.00

Are there areas that attract a delivery surcharge?

Yes. Some locations incur additional delivery costs due to access fees, travel time, or operational constraints. Please add this surcharge to your order before checkout.

Typical surcharges are:

  • Sentosa / Jurong Island / Tuas industrial areas: +$15.00

 

Can I still enjoy free delivery for surcharged areas if I meet the minimum spend?

Free delivery above $80 applies to standard residential and commercial addresses only.
Area-based surcharges, if applicable, will still apply even if the minimum spend is met.

Quick summary: Free delivery doesn’t waive special area surcharges.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3 working days.
Where possible, we’ll always try to deliver earlier.

Please note that deliveries are made on weekdays only, excluding public holidays.

Do you offer self-collection?

Yes, self-collection is available except on weekends and public holidays.

📦 Returns, Replacements & Refunds

What if I receive the wrong item?

If we’ve sent you an incorrect item, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We accept returns or replacements for damaged or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery.

Please email us at sales@hlyong.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the affected item

Exchanges will be done at our warehouse at 7 Toh Tuck Link, Singapore 596227.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?

At the moment, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, returns are only accepted for damage, defects, or incorrect items.

🍫 Product Storage & Handling

How should I store chocolate protein bars?

Our protein bars (e.g. Barebells) may be transported by delivery partners without air-conditioned or chilled trucks.

👉 We strongly recommend placing chocolate bars in the fridge upon receiving them, especially in Singapore’s climate, before consuming.

This helps maintain texture and quality.

Are your products authentic?

Yes — 100% authentic.

All products sold on Summer Larder are imported and distributed directly by
H L Yong Company (Pte) Ltd, an established FMCG distributor in Singapore.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • All major credit and debit cards

  • PayNow

All payments are processed securely via Shopify.
